ChatSupplies Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ChatSupplies platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use ChatSupplies for business purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payments and Renewals

ChatSupplies offers payments through **third-party payment processors**. By making payments to us for ChatSupplies services, you indicate that you have **reviewed these Terms and the privacy policy of the payment processor** that processes your payment to us.

If you use a **credit card to pay** for your ChatSupplies subscription, you represent and warrant that the credit card information you provide is correct and that you will promptly notify us of any changes to such credit card information. You agree that if your credit card payment cannot be processed for any reason, ChatSupplies may **suspend or cancel** your ChatSupplies subscription.

5.B. Automatic Renewal

For subscriptions, you will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis. Your ChatSupplies subscription will automatically **renew at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel** your subscription or you downgrade to a free/Starter plan – see this page and the Billing section in your Account Settings.

6. Intellectual Property

The ChatSupplies platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ChatSupplies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through ChatSupplies. By submitting content, you grant ChatSupplies a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our service:

In no event shall ChatSupplies, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
